After demolition of existing sunroom we built a 1 story 28’-10” x 9’6” sunroom in same location opening into the existing home by creating a 12’ opening into the existing dining room. Sunroom includes three ceiling fans, three 22” x 42” Velux skylights, two triple casement windows and one double hung window and a Thermatru Smoothstar fiberglass door. Another 10’ opening was created between the existing dining room and living room to open up the living space. A 3’-0” doorway was installed to open the new sunroom to the existing living room.

We didn’t want to merely reuse the current footprint since the proportions of upper level, attached to the house, and lower level, in the yard extending toward the pond, were not what we would have built had we been the original owners.
